About us…
A warm, cosy welcome awaits at the family run pub in the Rebel Town of Colyton. The Kingfisher prides itself on offering a wide variety of locally caught fish and locally sourced ingredients for our delicious home cooked meals. We also offer a range of local ales, lagers, ciders, wines and spirits. Lucy, Mark, Rose and Hollie have owned the pub for over 10 years, it’s very much a family environment with a friendly, commited team.Come and enjoy a drink by the fire or a meal in our beautiful garden when the sun shines.We welcome family’s with children and dogs!Colyton has lots to offer, take a tram ride to Seaton or walk along the beautiful River Coly. Visit the town's beautiful church and enjoy the beautiful views around the town, finish up at the Kingfisher for a relaxing afternoon/evening! We look forward to seeing you!
Events…
The Kingfisher hosts a full calendar of events throughout the year, live music, parties, theme nights, local darts league and fundraisers, boule on it’s 3 pistes, skittles and much more! We also stream the main sporting events, football, rugby and tennis.The skittle alley is available for private hire when not in use for the league games. We are open every day from 11.30am. Food is served between 12 -2pm and 6 - 8pm, booking is advisable.Selection of roasts served on Sundays, including our usual full menu.We offer a lunch menu, evening menu and specials board offering different options each day!

Enjoy this with a choice of drink from a selection of ales, cider, lagers and extensive wine list, also a wide range of spirits including a vast selection of gins!
Pie of the Day, a proper pie made from shortcrust pastry and a different filling each week, served with new potatoes or chips and peas!
Chicken stuffed with spinach and cheese, served with a creamy mushroom and parmesan sauceFillet of salmon served with roasted vegetables, new potatoes and tomato and basil sauce…
The Kingfisher Burger…..beef burger, salad, tomato, cheese, bacon, gherkins and an egg. Served with home cut chips, homemade coleslaw and onion rings!
